BACKGROUND
Change Management, Innovations and Digital transformation have in recent times gained much attention from scholars across disciplines, particularly in accounting, business administration Banking, finance, marketing and social and behavioural sciences. While previous attention has been on how companies maximized the use of information technology – which was limited to infrastructural changes such as cloud, network requirements, hardware, software and data management. The recent effort is on digital transformation that applies to many tools and spans many areas that affect the workings of an organization, in terms of management and innovative approach to ensuring the longevity of business enterprises. This theme emphasizes the strong foundation that is provided by using research to inform our everyday practices, policies and research approaches.
This Special issue edition of the AEFUNAI Journal of Accounting, Business and Finance offers an opportunity for scholars to publish their well-researched works and papers presented at the 2nd International Conference of the Faculty held between 4-6 October 2023. The special issue edition will also promote the scholarly contributions of a network of like-minded academics and people who are passionate about the sustainable development agenda of 2030 SDGs and provide the most current research findings and policy analyses required to attain Sustainable Development in Africa.
The special issue is looking for studies that use interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches in the study of change management in accounting, business and finance and how this assessment can help create sustainable development in Africa. Papers in all other areas of management, social or behavioural sciences and humanities that addressed the special issue topics are also welcome.

NOTE:
- Submission of full papers (6500 – 7000words) should include a paper title (not more than 15 words), abstracts and keywords (Abstract should be between 200 to 250 words; keywords should be between 4-5 words; and references in APA 6 referencing style)
- Authors should clearly state their name(s), and affiliation(s), including email addresses and telephone numbers (corresponding authors should be stated in case of multiple authorship)
- All text must be in Time New Roman, 12-point font size, 1.5 line spacing and full end text references (use of Mendeley or other referencing software is an added advantage).
Submitted papers will be subjected to peer review.
At submission – N5,000 for peer review
